Well Person Clinics
The Practice Nurse is available by appointment for diabetic checks, healthy living advice and general health guidance.
The Practice Nurse also advises on family planning , HRT and the menopause.
Chronic Disease Management
Checks for coronary heart disease, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are available by appointment with the Practice Nurse.
Travel Vaccinations & Blood Tests
Travel vaccinations can be booked with the Practice Nurse. Please note that there may be a charge for some vaccinations.
Blood test appointments can also be booked with the Health Care Assistant.
