Telephones – you said, we did!
After 2 years of hard work, we have finally today been able to launch our new telephone system!
The new service will offer you a number of options to choose from to get through to the best person to help you and will also inform you of your queue position and the offer of a call back instead of waiting.
We have used patient feedback and knowledge of other surgeries to set the system up, however if you have any feedback, positive or negative, please do let the team know!
We hope that you will notice the improvements to the service.
